Vladimer is the Managing Partner of LLC “SFAI Georgia.” He has 16 years of experience

working in the private sector in the fields of audit, assurance engagements, consulting

services, and accounting across various industries, including manufacturing, retail and

wholesale trade, services, energy, construction, education, healthcare, and others. He also

has 8 years of experience in the public sector, specifically within different systems of the tax

service.

From 2009 to 2019, Vladimer was the Managing Partner at the audit company LLC Financial

Management Group, where he led audit, tax, consulting, and accounting service divisions.

From 2007 to 2009, he was a Managing Partner of LLC “International Oil Company of

Georgia,” the official distributor of Chevron-Texaco in Georgia.

From 2004 to 2007, Vladimer was the Head of Internal Audit at LLC “Georgian Oil and Gas

Corporation,” and also the Head of the Finance Department at JSC “Georgian International

Oil Company – UN Development Project.”

From 1996 to 2004, he worked in various leading positions within the Tax Department of the

Ministry of Finance of Georgia.

Vladimer is a qualified member of the Georgian Federation of Accountants and Auditors. He

is also a certified public sector accountant at the State Audit Office and a certified auditor

registered in the State Register of Auditors by the Accounting, Reporting, and Auditing

Supervision Service.

Vladimer graduated from the Georgian Technical University and is fluent in Georgian and

Russian.

He is responsible for the overall management of the firm, client relations, and business

development.
