Gocha is the Head of the Financial Reporting Preparation Team at LLC “SFAI Georgia.” He has

15 years of experience in the private sector in the fields of audit, financial management,

consulting services, and accounting across various industries, including insurance, retail and

wholesale trade, energy, construction, and others.

He also has 8 years of experience in the public sector, including working in a supervisory role

at the National Bank of Georgia.

From 2015 to 2022, Gocha worked in senior management positions at leading insurance

companies, heading finance, internal audit, and operations functions.

From 2008 to 2013, he served as the Head of On-Site Inspection for Non-Banking Supervision

at the National Bank of Georgia, overseeing the insurance, securities, and microfinance

sectors.

In addition, at various times, Gocha worked in financial management and risk management

roles in leading companies in the country’s energy sector, such as JSC “Saknavtobi,” JSC

“Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation,” and JSC “Telasi.”

Gocha is a qualified member of the Georgian Federation of Accountants and Auditors. From

2006 to 2010, he completed the full course of the Association of Chartered Certified

Accountants (ACCA). He graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of

Microeconomics and Management. He is fluent in Georgian, Russian, and English.
