Giorgi is the Managing and Quality Control Partner at LLC “SFAI Georgia.” He has more than

10 years of experience in audit, assurance engagements, and consulting services across

various industries, including banking and finance, insurance, transportation, manufacturing,

retail and wholesale trade, electricity generation, oil, construction, pharmaceuticals, real

estate, and others. He also has experience in the public, charitable, and non-governmental

sectors.

From 2012 to February 2022, Giorgi worked at LLC Deloitte & Touche, where he held the

position of Senior Manager. He led initiatives to improve project efficiency and quality, both

at the firm level and across individual projects. In addition, he served as a special reviewer for

engagement partners, which involved quality control of projects across different countries.

He was also a member of the practice review team both at the UK headquarters and in

former CIS countries.

Prior to joining Deloitte & Touche, Giorgi worked as a Financial Director at a distribution

company, and before that, he held the position of Internal Auditor at JSC TBC Bank.

Giorgi is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in

the United Kingdom and a qualified member of the Georgian Federation of Accountants and

Auditors. He is also a certified public sector accountant at the State Audit Office and a

certified auditor registered in the State Register of Auditors by the Accounting, Reporting,

and Auditing Supervision Service.

Giorgi graduated from Caucasus University, specifically the Caucasus School of Business, with

a degree in Business Administration. He is fluent in Georgian, English, Russian, and French.

Giorgi is responsible for overseeing the financial audit portfolio and for maintaining,

implementing, and improving quality control and other policies within the company, both at

the project and firm levels. He is also responsible for ethics, independence, risk management,

and employee relations.
