Ana Sesadze is the Head of the Valuation Department at LLC SFAI Georgia. She has over eight years of professional experience in the valuation of real estate, movable property, intangible assets, and businesses, as well as quality control in valuation across various sectors. Her professional expertise covers residential and commercial real estate, industrial assets, the energy sector, retail and wholesale trade, services and other sectors. Ana possesses strong analytical skills, outstanding leadership abilities, and extensive experience in managing teams, large-scale projects, and complex valuation assignments.

Prior to joining SFAI Georgia, Ana worked at JSC Bank of Georgia, where she held several senior positions, including Head of the Quality Control and Reporting Group. During her tenure, she led the development and implementation of internal quality standards, managed system improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT teams, conducted strategic audits, and ensured compliance with both regulatory requirements and internal valuation methodologies.

Ana also worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where she held positions as Deputy Head of the Valuation Department and Head of the Inspection Team. Her responsibilities included leading the inspection team, conducting strategic-level internal audits, coordinating operational processes, managing recruitment activities, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of valuation reports.

Ana holds a degree in Journalism and Management from the Georgian National University. She is a certified real estate and movable property valuer accredited by the Professional Development Center of Appraisers and Experts. She is fluent in Georgian and English.

At SFAI Georgia, Ana oversees the valuation process for real estate, movable assets, intangible assets, and businesses. She leads the valuation team and is responsible for developing and strengthening internal quality control policies. Ana also coordinates client communications, manages large-scale valuation projects, conducts internal methodological reviews, and actively contributes to the company’s business development.
